The main objective of the SCSCO Placement and Guidance Cell is to make the students employable, and then focused on getting them placed in reputed Companies. To impart employability skills for the students, the Placement Cell is engaged in training the students regularly on various soft skills modules that make them enter and then adapt to the organization.
There is need to make available the Placement opportunity for students. The Placement and Guidance Cell of our college plays a vital role in shaping the careers of our students. The workshop is to be organized for overall development of the students. It covers aptitude tests, group discussion, interview techniques, self-motivation, reading-listening & speaking skills etc.
Our alumni who are working in these organizations also assist us in the placement process. In addition, the Placement Cell also arranges opportunities to the students for part time jobs, in our region’s small scale units and entrepreneurs, Hospitals, Pharmacists’ Chartered Accountants, Construction Engineers etc.
The Training and Placement Opportunities have been arranged for the students through various companies and Agencies that recruited our students. It includes ICICI Bank, District Industrial Centre Government of Maharashtra, National Career Service, HRD, Government of India, Turbo Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd., SEBI’s Financial Education, Swayam, Indian Security Service Ltd., BB Bank Ltd., Local Entrepreneurs, etc.
Being a Coordinator of the SCSCO Placement and Guidance cell. He look after the invitation of the various companies and placement agencies for campus drive and also organize the training before drives. The following faculties are working as a member of this cell
